Introducing our Basic Package, a perfect solution for families who want a personalised sleep plan without the need for follow-up support. This session provides everything you need to address your child's sleep challenges and set them up for success!

For Ages 16 Weeks - 4 Years

In our Support Package, you'll get personalized tools to help your little one sleep soundly. We'll create a tailored sleep plan, build your confidence in handling sleep challenges, and answer all your burning questions, leaving you with the know-how to make bedtime a breeze! Book with 1, 2 or 3 weeks of phone and email support.

    • 1 week of email & text support
