The Sleep Tight Tune-Up is a 30min consultation designed to help us review your progress, address new challenges, and refine your sleep plan. During this session, we can discuss any adjustments needed to your current sleep strategy, but please note that extra follow-up support is not included in the service.

What Happens Next
After Booking
Once you book your consultation, you'll receive a confirmation email with the location details (if in-office), date, & time.
Please note that payment is now required at the time of booking to secure your consultation.
The Consult
Either by phone or in-person, you'll spend 30min with Caity reviewing you current progress, address any concerns, answer all your new questions and she will make any needed alterations to your sleep plan which will be sent to you after the consultation.
After the Consult
Following the consultation, you will receive an sleep plan alterations PDF which will outline all the new recommendations discussed within the consultation and any printable PDF of relevant support resources.
The Support
This package does not include ongoing support. If you'd like to add additional support, you can do so by selecting options from the 'Add-ons' section on the services page.

Terms and Conditions of Booking
Cancellations
72hrs+ Prior to Appointment: Cancellations made at least 72hrs before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Less Than 72hrs Prior**: Cancellations within 72hrs but more than 24hrs before the appointment will be eligible for a partial refund.
Less Than 24hrs Prior: Cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment are not eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling
72hrs+ Prior to Appointment: Appointments rescheduled at least 72hrs in advance will be treated as a new appointment, with the standard cancellation policy applicable to the rescheduled time.
Less Than 72hrs Prior: If rescheduling occurs between 48 and 72hrs before the original appointment, any subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled appointment will only be eligible for a partial refund, even if cancelled more than 72hrs before the new appointment time.
Less Than 24hrs Prior: If an appointment is rescheduled within 24hrs of the scheduled time, no refund will be offered should the rescheduled appointment later be cancelled.
