At Dreamland Coaching, we understand the vital role sleep plays in the overall well-being of infants, toddlers, and their families. All of my methods are grounded in the latest research and best practices for infant and toddler sleep, following guidelines from trusted organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Red Nose Australia. I help parents create sleep environments that prioritize safety and foster healthy sleep patterns, while also ensuring that my recommendations align with their parenting styles and values. Whether a family prefers in-room settling techniques or is more comfortable with out-of-room methods, I customize my approach to match their preferences and ideals, so they feel confident and empowered every step of the way.

I work closely with families to build age-appropriate routines, from newborns to toddlers, paying special attention to factors like awake windows, sleep cues, and sleep associations. My goal is to support parents in a way that aligns with their own methods of caregiving, offering solutions that are not only effective but feel right for them and their child.

Current Medical Partnerships and Workshops

I am currently partnered with Tyner Road Medical Centre, where I work directly with families referred by their healthcare providers. Together, we address sleep challenges, ranging from difficulty settling at night to short naps and frequent night waking. Through this partnership, I also run a 3-hour "Sleep Basics" workshop, covering fundamental sleep topics and techniques. I’m excited to expand these offerings to include workshops on newborn sleep, guiding parents through those early days with a new baby, and toddler sleep, helping families navigate the unique challenges of sleep with older children in a developmentally appropriate way.
