All Sleep SOS Calls will be paid when booking. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with the time and date of your appointment.
The Call
During the scheduled call, I will reach out to you and provide 15min for you to ask any questions or discuss any new concerns that may have arisen while implementing your sleep plan. You can also use this time to book your next call if you wish.

Terms and Conditions of Booking
Missed Call Policy: Caity will make two attempts to contact you at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not pick up, the appointment will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule, you must notify Caity within 1 hour of your scheduled call time. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being forfeited.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
