She sent us so much useful information and tailored it to our family and our values. We didn't really like some approaches trialled before but with Caity she gave us options rather than telling us we had to do it this way. Through this process, our sleep goals were met and our son began to learn how to settle himself back to sleep, sleep easier during the day, and have longer stretches of sleep at night.

I highly recommend Dreamland Coaching! Caity is lovely and she is amazing at her vocation! With her guidance, we were able to tackle some really daunting sleep hurdles that seemed insurmountable before finding her. We were able to completely wean night-nursing and cosleeping (so I could return to work), break some other mom-only sleep associations so dad could take over bedtime routines as well, and we were able to assist our girl in her self-soothing journey with literally ZERO tears (in our particular case)! None of this would have been possible without Caity’s empathy and support! She was very compassionate in designing our daughter’s sleep plan and was very sensitive to the fact that we were absolutely not comfortable with any CIO-type methods. Her gentle guidance and encouragement helped us overcome new issues (ie confusional arousals/ night terrors) that arose and was able to offer ways to cope as well as quick suggestions for tweaking our plan to eliminate them! We were close to our breaking point when we reached out to Caity for help. Our beautiful four-month-old was a terrible daytime sleeper, and the only way we could coax naps from her was in the pram, in the car, or by sleeping with her. Caity's sleep plan was easy to follow and she was happy to talk us through it all. It was really great to hear her personal experiences too, so we knew it was all advice she 100% stood behind. With a couple of weeks of sleep training, our baby started sleeping in her bassinet and now loves the routine of her naps. We even ended up implementing the same method at night to help get past the four month sleep regression.
Sleep training was hard, but an absolute gamechanger for us. Caity was a great guide through the process, and confidently addressed all our questions. Her advice and support was invaluable, and we wouldn't have made it through without her coaching.

Caity helped us when our baby was 4 months old and waking several times a night with very short day naps. We got a detailed, personalised sleep plan with flexible options so we could choose what suited us best. The plan was gentle and realistic, and much easier than I expected. Since following it, our baby now has much longer naps and is easier to resettle at night. We could contact Caity when we were adjusting the routine to ask questions and get extra tips. We worked with Caity when our baby was very young, about six weeks old and we were struggling to settle her. Not only did she teach us settling tricks which worked amazingly well, she helped us understand general sleep behaviours we might see at each stage of development and wake windows etc. this education and support helped put us in a great place going forwards.
Our baby is fantastic at sleeping now for naps and throughout the night, and we couldn’t have done this without her education and guidance. Would highly recommend :)
